“я чувствую себя хорошо” = “I feel myself good” 

Unfortunately, in English we should not say this in formal settings as it has a direct implication of masturbation. For less formal settings, however, it is rather nice to share with another your sexual habits in your first meeting. 

без “myself” = “I feel good.” 

For example, ”How are you?” “I feel good.”
